VIVA ENTERPRISE PARTS WAYS WITH ITS COO

Viva Enterprise, LLC., the parent company of Viva the Chef. (www.vivathechef.com), today announced it has ended its relationship with Christiane Cabot, who had been the company's chief operating officer since last summer.

Gina Maria Martinez, president/CEO of Viva Enterprise, said the company had hoped for a long and prosperous relationship with Cabot, whose main job responsibility was to coordinate the growth of the company.

Company officials are currently reviewing applications for the vacant position and intend to make an announcement regarding Cabot's replacement in the spring. In the interim, potential investors are urged to contact Martinez directly at the corporate office in Morristown.

"We fully expect to have a smooth transition, as we secure the best candidate for this critical post in the Viva organization," Martinez said.
