HCX Salons International LLC (HCX), the first national franchisor
of salons specializing in expert, affordable hair color, cutting
and styling services, today announced that Alfred Naddaff, the original
franchise director with Boston Chicken and one of the founding partners
of Einstein Brothers, has joined the company as the development
agent for New England.
Naddaff, who is based in Boston, will manage HCX Salons franchising
initiatives in the region. He will focus on three states
Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut where the company
has identified multiple locations for the opening of HCX Salons.
HCX Salons are currently operating in Seekonk, Mass.; Saugus, Mass.;
and Cranston, R.I. A salon is scheduled to open in April on Newbury
Street in Boston.
The addition of Alfred to our franchise-development team
is a significant coup for our company, said Craig Fleming,
president and CEO of HCX Salons. He is recognized in the franchising
industry for his success with what have become two well-established
brands among consumers. With our concept gaining in popularity among
entrepreneurs interested in capitalizing on the lucrative hair-color
segment of the beauty industry, we expect Alfred to be an important
driver of our growth.
Were extremely pleased to have Alfred join HCX,
said Dana Bradley, director of franchise development with HCX Salons.
His franchising experience and enthusiasm for the HCX concept
are an explosive combination. I know that we will see great things
happening in his market.
Naddaff, who has served as an independent franchise consultant
to companies in the beauty and restaurant industries, comes from
a successful family of entrepreneurs who have been forerunners in
several business categories throughout the United States. He is
a graduate of Kenyon College.
A recipient of a Salon Today Award of Distinction, HCXs
modern and elegantly appointed salons are 1,200- to 1,600-square-foot
facilities that offer:
- High-quality color services featuring Wellas European
line of products
- Imaging technology that enables clients to preview desired hair
colors and styles
