Portsmouth, New Hampshire (December 4, 2003) - Matt Alden, a prominent
member of the franchise community was recently named President of
Franchise Solutions Corp. Alden joined the company in 1995 and became
their General Manager in 1999, when the company was acquired by
AdOne, LLC (now PowerOne Media, LLC). Alden is responsible for Franchise
Solutions' and FranchiseBuyer's (a subsidiary of Franchise Solutions)
daily operation, providing strategic vision and direction as well
as having direct involvement in managing sales strategy and execution.
Under his leadership, Franchise Solutions has emerged as the industry's
leader in franchise recruitment marketing. The company maintains
a network of franchise opportunity centers located on popular Internet
properties, and offers a complete range of marketing services to
the franchise community.

Alden has 10 years of sales and business-to-business marketing

Solutions, he worked as an independent manufacturer's sales representative
and then as an account executive for a business-to-business advertising
agency. Alden earned a BA in English from the University of New
Hampshire. He has been published in Franchising World magazine,
and was interviewed on Bloomberg Television about how prospective
franchisees utilize the Internet to research franchise opportunities.
He is often a guest speaker at national franchise development seminars.
