TULSA, Okla. - Camille's Sidewalk Café, the nationally recognized
coastal influenced café, signed a record breaking franchise development
agreement to bring 21 restaurants to the Alameda, Contra Costa,
San Mateo, Sacramento and Placer Counties as well as the cities
of Milpitas Fairfield and Vacaville, California. The agreement made
with Prolinx, Inc. which is a partnership of restaurant operators
that includes experienced Cold Stone Creamery franchisees, states
that the first restaurant will open within one year.
We were drawn to Camille's because of the food quality, business
model, and company presentation. Out of all the concepts we looked
into, Camille's has the most potential for success in Northern California,"

Camille's Sidewalk Café offers customers fresh sandwiches, gourmet
wraps, grilled paninis, salads, soups, coffees and smoothies as
well as bakery items. Camille's operates all five day parts which
includes breakfast, lunch, 'chill part', dinner and catering. Typical
restaurants are 2200-3000 square feet and seat between 60-80 guests.
